motorcycles. We need your help to make sure we deliver bikes with groundbreaking

technology and innovation, with higher quality than industry Leaders, on time and at

a low cost.

The engineering department at Stark Future develops cutting-edge motorcycles

from the ground up. As an expert in battery assembly you'll be at the forefront of

the creation of next-generation electric motorcycles, batteries & associated products.

You’ll be responsible for developing the whole joining processes from prototypes to

series production in batteries including process qualification, validation and testing.

Moreover you will train and qualify inline quality measurement systems, define tools

and set requirements for the welding materials and geometry. You will therefore

assist Stark’s R&D through advice on internal validation processes & design

improvements for series production. You will be part of the growing team for

“Production Process Development“ and report to the Teamleader and CTO as well.

You'll need to have hands-on experience, developing complex assembly processes

and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly innovative environment.

Responsibility

● Be the technical lead in process development for manufacturing processes in battery

or bike assembly

● Install and develop new, stable processes (for example cell insertion, pressing,

cleaning, riveting, welding, battery closing, leaktest, preassembly, filling with coolant,

end of line test, etc.)

● Develop robust process windows for processes in series production for possible

variations in the process

● Define quality systems to control the process in series production

● Set requirements for parts (for example geometry, surface, tools) and process

● Define specifications for machines, tools and facility

● Plan and assure that targets are achieved on time within the expected quality & costs.

● Conceptualize, bring-up, prototype, test and deliver production processes and in-line

validation processes

● Define process documentation including drawings, schematics, and detailed

procedures.

● Ensure internal validation of the overall systems.

● Support testing and analyses in other areas of engineering or development.

● Support and push the transition to the manufacturing line.

Qualifications & Skills

● Mechanical Engineering degree or similar.

● Deep experiences in manufacturing technologies with focus on e-mobility

● Experiences in qualifying new processes and implementing in production (parameter

studies, testing, validating)

● Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

● Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, highly innovative environment (startups or

high-tech companies).

● You have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with.

● Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improving your products performance,

quality, weight and cost.

● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English is a must.

Duties

1. Lead mechanical development of one or several specific processes in battery

or bike manufacturing to achieve process time and quality standards.

2. Set requirements, test specs and plan tests to develop new manufacturing

processes

3. Define specs for manufacturing equipment, tools and facility

4. Define process related quality control systems for series production

5. Support the whole organization as an expert in related manufacturing

processes

6. Build highly automated processes, reducing the need for large organizations

7. Reporting on weekly basis to your manager
