We are looking for a Mask Design Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-precision photomasks for our integrated circuits, using electronic design automation (EDA) tools.

You will work closely with our design and fabrication teams to optimize designs and ensure quality and manufacturability.

This is an ideal position for a professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for semiconductor technology.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop photomasks based on circuit design specifications Collaborate with design engineers to understand project requirements and constraints Utilize electronic design automation (EDA) tools for mask layout Review and verify mask data for accuracy and compliance with design standards Optimize mask designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure seamless transfer of mask data Perform quality assurance checks and troubleshoot issues in mask designs Maintain and update mask design documentation and databases Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mask design technologies Assist in the continuous improvement of mask design processes and methodologies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or related field Experience with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence, Mentor Graphics, or Synopsys Familiarity with photolithography and semiconductor fabrication processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and high level of precision in work Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Nice to haves: Prior experience in mask design or semiconductor manufacturing.

Knowledge of design rule checking (DRC) and layout vs. schematic (LVS) validation.
