Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Designer Team Lead, located in Barcelona with the option of working from home part of the time. The Designer Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design team, developing visual content, and ensuring the visual brand consistency. The role includes coordinating with other teams, planning and executing design projects, and providing creative guidance and feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, and visual content creation
• Experience with Figma
• Experience with other Graphic Design tools.
• Leadership skills and experience in team management
• Passion for humanitarian causes and non-profit work
