About the role

We are looking for a Java Developer with 2-3 years of professional experience who is eager to continue growing technically and has an interest in building a career within the insurance or banking sector.

You will join a collaborative technical team, working on stable, long-term projects with real business impact, focusing on code quality, scalability, and best practices.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working with Java
- Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher
- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
- Experience using Git
- Interest in the insurance and/or banking domain
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude

Nice to have:
- Previous experience in banking or insurance projects
- Knowledge of microservices architectures
- Experience with Hibernate / JPA
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Docker
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
