Job Description

We are looking for a UX Researcher to lead the planning and analysis of user experience research and testing, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and best practices. You will be part of a cross-functional UX team, supporting multiple initiatives and helping shape user-centered solutions by delivering actionable insights through modern research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

🔹Plan and conduct UX research using both quantitative and qualitative methods.

🔹Analyze user behavior and functional requirements across different business projects.

🔹Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall user experience.

🔹Apply methods such as A/B testing, heuristic evaluation, usability testing...

Must Have

🔹 Proven experience with Mixed Methods UX Research (quantitative and qualitative).

🔹 Full professional fluency in English – all communication will be in English
