What You Will Do:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Activation Intern to support our B2B Training Coordinator and Management Team in handling daily operations.

• Support the team maintain organized records of travel expenses, bookings, and documentation. Help the team be an interlocutor with travel agencies and stakeholders.
• Help the team finding new proposals and identify new opportunities for all Exoticca´s markets
• Support marketing efforts by helping create travel brochures, itineraries, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Travel, Administrative Support, or a related field (with possibility of signing a university internship agreement)
• Great communication skills in Spanish and English
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment
• Interest in finance and accounting functions
• No prior experience required - motivation and curiosity are more important!
