ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR - REAL ESTATE

At Galgo Real Estate we are expanding our team and we are looking for the next member to cover the position as Administrative Coordinator of our office located in Valencia´s city centre.
We are a young, dynamic and innovative real estate company. Our main goal is to obtain satisfied clients thanks to our transparency, seriousness and cordiality in the treatment throughout the entrusted operations.

Essential Requirements
· Fluent Spanish spoken and written level.
· High English spoken and written level (test will be done).
· Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Good appearance.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Microsoft Office / Google Suite Applications knowledge.
· To be able to work both in a team and on your own, communicating effectively.
Valuable Requirements
· Other languages.
. Cold calling meeting arrangements.
· Inmovilla CRM experience.
· Call centre service experience.
· Concern on Real Estate Industry and news.
. Photoshop + Social Media experience.
Responsibilities
· Telephone assistance.
· Sending documentation to customers.
· Sales team support.
· CRM information management.
· Document management for sales and rental operations.
· Appointment management.
· Organise partnerships with other real estate agencies.
· After sales service.
What we offer
· 40 hour working contract.
· Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
