- Must be a key member of Customer Excellence, working cross-functionally to deliver value added insights related Customer Engagement for decision making and be a trusted partner for Affiliate brand teams and leadership. Develop a deep understanding of data assets and Ontology in Analytical Framework (Foundry) to define data entities and objects requirements and brief the Data Engineering team to create the appropriate environments.
- Understand and assess data fit and quality, informing data engineers to maintain the highest data standards.
- Drive the engagement metrics and dashboard of the affiliate and drive the development of the use cases to prototype and develop the relevant visualizations. Transform data into business insights that are useful for decision making and strategic planning utilizing complex statistical models and algorithms using Analytical Framework.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Analytical Framework to develop advanced analytics and be able to generate ad-hoc queries to answer business requirements and extend best practices across the organization.
- Work closely with Business Technology Solutions colleagues to ensure smooth transition of pilots into production, on time, accurately, and in accordance with financial and ethical compliance guidelines.
Qualifications: A relevant bachelor’s degree in data engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics or economics. An MBA will be advantageous, but not required.
Work Experience: +4 years working in market research, business analytics, data analyst, data engineering or data science roles.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) with advanced tools and process in multiple environments. Experience with data analysis, proficiency with SQL beneficial. Ability to define use cases and develop high-quality visualizations to provide an excellent user experience. Analyzing and drawing insights from key internally generated and external data sets. Demonstratable skills in either Javascript , SQL and Python. Preferred but not required expertise in visualization libraries/tools such as plotly, ggplot. Demonstratble competency required in at least one of the following visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI or Qlik sense. Foundry-related skills and experience (desired), including data preparation, pipeline inputs and development and visualization using Foundry Apps (monocle, forms, workshop, slate, etc). Able perform project management activities to align stakeholders' expectations.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with/present to (verbally and in writing) all levels of the organization (up to Affiliates GM) with the elaboration of a stroytelling . Lead strategically and create trust and respect within the department.
