Descripción del puesto:

Estamos buscando un becario/a para el departamento de marketing digital en nuestras oficinas de Tres Cantos (Madrid).

Objetivos de la formación

• Se desarrollará en el equipo de Digital dando soporte tutorizado a las distintas áreas de negocio (respiratorio, vacunas, oncología…) en la planificación y ejecución de las actividades de ámbito digital (campañas paid media, social listening, webs, emails, webinars…) dentro de los planes de cada una de las marcas
• Se formará con los diferentes equipos locales de GSK de marketing, médico y ventas de forma cross-funcional
• Durante su año de beca desarrollará conocimiento sobre la importancia de la experiencia del cliente, y cómo integrarla dentro de las actividades de los planes de marca.
• Aprenderá a analizar el performance de las campañas utilizando analíticas y benchmarking tanto interno como externo. De la mano del Paid Media Specialist y el Webinar Lead, analizará los resultados de las distintas acciones para optimizar futuras campañas y eventos. Desarrollará habilidades Adobe Analytics y PowerBI entre otros.
• Tendrá contacto con equipos globales de GSK participando en la mejora de las funcionalidades de las distintas plataformas digitales de GSK (webs, CRM, RRSS, emailing, eDetailing…)
  
  

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

• Estudiante universitario de grado a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado universitario de grado o Titulado universitario pre-Bolonia: Grado en Economía, Grado en Marketing, Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Grado en Química, Grado en Biología, Grado en Farmacia
• Competencias en Idiomas: nivel C1 de Inglés.

• Se valorará formación complementaria en Marketing digital.
• Se valorarán conocimientos de Adobe, Adobe Analytics y Google Analytics, PowerBI
• Gran capacidad de aprendizaje
• Capacidad analítica
• Proactividad.

• Buena capacidad de comunicación.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en entornos multidisciplinares.

• Bolsa de ayuda de 800,00€ brutos mensuales
• 8h. diarias en Jornada completa
