We're growing and continue to increase our global reach! For this we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist for the Spanish Market.

What you will do 💻

• Plan and execute influencer marketing activation for the Spanish market to support the company strategy and objective;
• Identify and outreach influencers & content creators aligned with the brand;
• Responsible for negotiating with talents/influencer agencies;
• Build outstanding working relationships with our current ambassador portfolio and new onboarding. Become a day to day contact ensuring that every Influencer has an amazing experience;
• Analyse and track our ambassador partnerships, including ensuring KPIs are being achieved and requirements are met;
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams in order to achieve monthly KPI.

What we expect from you 💡

• Native or Bilingual level of Spanish Language;
• Advanced level in English, other languages will be a plus.
• Relevant working experience influencer marketing agencies;
• Knowledge of using digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in a cross-cultural (including virtual) community setting;
• Experience in working in a changeling environment with tight deadlines.
