Descripción

• Reviewing all contracts.
• Reviewing and sending invoices to clients.
• Reviewing and processing the payments for corresponding invoices for suppliers, vendors, brokers, etc.
• Checking and following up on a daily basis of all possible overdue invoices.
• Clearing all incoming funds.
• Monitoring all claims together with the claims department.
• Work effectively and closely with the rest of departments such as Sales, Operations, Credit, KYC, Legal, Treasury, Compliance, Taxes, etc.
• Helping to set up new Suppliers, Clients, Vendors, Brokers, etc.
• Follow strictly internal procedures and company's policies.
• Strict adherence to company's Code of Conduct.
• Any other assigned duties.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• At least 7 years of admin experience.
• Advanced English level.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Effective problem solver and able to proactively anticipate and react to problems.
