• Act as the IT Business Partner for other departments, understanding their needs and translating them into effective technological solutions.
• Lead and coordinate digital and technological projects, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and oversee relationships with external technology service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Be responsible for the company's technology infrastructure, digital tools, and systems in Spain.
• Collaborate with HQ to ensure local technology strategies align with global guidelines.
• Propose and implement process and digital tool improvements to optimize company operations.
• Handle technology-related budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Stay updated on technological trends and propose innovative initiatives.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Languages: Advanced level of English (C1 or higher).
• Experience:
  • At least 4 years in IT-related roles, with experience in managing technological and digital projects.
  • Previous experience as a liaison between IT and business departments is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • IT infrastructure, ERP and CRM systems, and digital tools.
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Project management methodologies (Agile and traditional).
• Skills:
  • Strategic mindset with strong influence and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with different organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
