Reporting to Customer Service Supervisor , ES

An exciting opportunity is now available within our highly regarded, commercially focused Customer Service Team, to provide a high level of support to ensure customers receive a first-class experience. Maintaining our high standards, our criteria are stringent! We are looking for a special person, happy to cope with ambiguity, agile and flexible in their approach, looking for a diverse and wide-ranging position. Calm and unwavering, you will showcase your precision, proven organisation skills and background in customer service / order processing. As the customer is at the heart of everything we do, you will demonstrate often going above and beyond customer expectations.

You will be seeking challenges in a pressured environment were responsibility and recognition are high! The key to the successful candidate is liking a role with variety, variety, variety!

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to both Operations and Customer Service teams
  • Processing customer orders on SAP and supporting customers daily with updates on the progress of their orders
  • Working with Sales, Logistics and Finance to ensure the sales order process is managed in the most efficient manner, checking all requirements are fulfilled accurately
  • Providing efficient support to customers with queries, service issues and other requests, managing complaints in a professional fashion to mutually beneficial resolution
  • Meeting the customer needs whilst ensuring compliance to internal processes and regulations
  • Providing a dedicated primary point of contact for sales order processing, coordinating with other offices where required to meet customer expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records of orders and status
  • Monitoring on hold orders and informing customers accordingly
  • Accurate customer record maintenance
  • Management and actioning items in Spain Customer Service email inbox management
  • Advising customers of estimated delivery times
  • Tender submission tracking
  • Preparing and managing reporting including ETA list and order checking
  • Operations Administrative support where required

What are we looking for in you?

  • Background in Sales Order Processing / Customer support role with order processing in SAP as a key focus area
  • Strong relationship management skills, both internally and externally
  • Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience of functioning independently as well as part of a team, requiring limited supervision
  • Understanding of cultural differences among various regions
  • Enthusiastic together with a can-do attitude
  • Result driven team player
  • Attention to detail gained from a similar role
  • Alongside a great eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure, you will showcase the right behaviours:
  • Strong relationship management skills , both internally and externally
  • Obvious natural curiosity to go above and beyond expectations
  • Showcases creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches with entrepreneurial flair
  • Shows agility and flexible thinking
  • Fluent in written and verbal Spanish and English with the ability to work in Spain without requiring sponsorship
