💼 About The Role
As a Jr Operations Analyst at Murphy, your mission is to analyzing, optimizing, and executing operational processes within Murphy AI. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with our operations, product, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, support decision-making with data, and drive continuous improvement in our AI-powered debt collection processes.
This role is perfect for someone hard-working, detail-oriented, and highly analytical, with a background in business, engineering, or related fields.
📝 Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for automation.
- Work with data, extracting insights to improve recovery rates and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine AI automation and ensure operational effectiveness.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform.
- Monitor key operational metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Optimize internal processes, helping Murphy AI scale efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Execute and improve existing workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills – ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic – comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
