As a Jr Operations Analyst at Murphy, your mission is to analyzing, optimizing, and executing operational processes within Murphy AI. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with our operations, product, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, support decision-making with data, and drive continuous improvement in our AI-powered debt collection processes.

This role is perfect for someone hard-working, detail-oriented, and highly analytical, with a background in business, engineering, or related fields.

📝 Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes and identify inefficiencies or areas for automation.
• Work with data, extracting insights to improve recovery rates and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine AI automation and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Support the onboarding and integration of new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of our platform.
• Monitor key operational metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
