Your Mission

You will define and execute the commercial strategy in EMEA, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and market expansion, while leading and developing high-performing international sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute organic and inorganic growth strategies in EMEA.
  • Lead regional sales development, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
  • Drive market expansion, new channels and key customer acquisition.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships and key accounts.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business and margin objectives.
  • Ensure structured sales processes, CRM usage and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations and Senior Management.
  • Lead, develop and retain high-performance sales teams.
  • Monitor market trends and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and internal regulations.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

Required Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or MBA.
  • +5 years managing commercial P&L in industrial B2B environments.
  • +8 years leading international sales teams.
  • Strong background in industrial markets and complex B2B sales.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM / ERP tools.
  • Advanced English.
  • Availability to travel.
