Your role

We are seeking a functional Product Manager with deep expertise in the Hospitality industry. This role is not a developer position, but rather a cross-functional, operational product leadership role that partners closely with hotel teams, vacation rental operations, and internal departments to deliver high-quality digital products that elevate the guest experience.

The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end life cycle of hospitality-focused digital solutions—including guest apps, websites, chat boxes, booking engines, and POS/Reservation system integrations—ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational needs, and stakeholder expectations.

Your Journey

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of high-quality digital “products” for hotels and vacation rentals.
• Prioritize work based on department needs (Customer Care, Marketing, F&B, Operations, etc.), business goals, and guest experience improvements.
• Own the full production lifecycle—from concept and configuration through implementation and optimization.
• Build and deliver high-performing hotel guest apps, websites, chat boxes, and booking engine experiences.
• Consult with hotel clients to understand operational needs and translate them into digital solutions, guiding them through the digitization journey.
• Configure rates, property details, and room categories within the Central Reservation System (CRS).
• Conduct PMS, chat box, and website demonstrations for internal teams and external clients.
• Lead and manage the go-live process across all hospitality system implementations.
• Create reactive integrations with POS systems and Reservation tools (Opera or similar) to support à-la-carte configurations, booking confirmations, and guest-facing options.
• Plan, coordinate, and track multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews (Scrum/Kanban methodologies).
• Collect and translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and tasks for technical teams using Jira/Confluence.
• Oversee QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying risks, validating fixes, and ensuring release readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for project updates, risks, timelines, and performance metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor dependencies, track issues, escalate risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, marketing, and strategy teams to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional solutions.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

• Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager within Hospitality, TravelTech, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest experience workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CRS, PMS (Opera or similar), POS systems, and booking/website configuration.
• Proven ability to manage complex digital projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into clear digital requirements and solutions.
