For one of our main customers we are looking for a AI Innovation Center Project Manager. The Responsible AI Innovation Center Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the CMO and the Azure Manager in all the activities related to the setup of the Responsible AI Innovation Center Program in Spain, from the preparation of the physical space for launch to the organization and the management of any supporting documentation, asset/use cases repository, from communication plan to general support in specific events/activities.

• Hours: 08:00 - 17: 00h / Flexibility (40 hours)
• Location: Madrid
• Start Date: Immediate
• Salary range : 35K-40K

Responsibilities:

• Support the CMO and the extended team as appropriate in structuring and executing everything associated with the set up of the Responsible AI Innovation Center physical space
• Organization and Coordination of the asset / use cases repository
• Coordination of any templates, forms and the required compliance process in support of future customers’ registrations
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication skills in local Spanish language and English (both verbal & written)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft products and current Microsoft Industry Trends. Highly proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to quickly learn new tools/software
• Experience in Stakeholder management (both internal and external)
• Must be process oriented, organized, and pay attention to detail, yet also be flexible.
• Self-motivated and able to keep up in a strategic and fast paced environment.
• Independent, yet able to follow guidelines well and shows a good sense of judgment. Also, able to work well on a team
• Experience in launching new initiatives
• Organized and task driven. Strong documentation and communication skills
