Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the last 12 months) from a university program in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, and resident in Barcelona, Spain.
• Work experience is a plus, but not required—we value talent, curiosity, and a passion for design!

What You’ll Do

• Receive hands-on mentorship from a Senior Product Designer, with guidance from your line manager and design leaders to help you grow into an exceptional Product Designer.
• Work with our award-winning Redwood Design System , contributing to its continuous evolution and improvement.
• Tackle exciting design challenges as part of a team working on cloud-based enterprise software.
• Develop strong presentation skills, learning to articulate design solutions and effectively communicate your design process and decisions.
• Foster a positive, productive team environment, collaborating seamlessly with designers researchers, content designers, visual designers, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, creating design solutions that align with all three.
• Apply critical thinking to deeply understand design challenges and problem spaces.
• Continuously learn and refine your design craft, always striving for growth and improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX and Product Design.
• Advocate for user-centered design within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Build confidence and expertise, working towards becoming a top-tier Product Designer as you progress in your career with us.
