We are looking for: A Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing & Social Media team in Barcelona (Spain).

Studies: Student in the field of business, marketing, journalism, fashion, design, communication or similar.

Duration: Min. 3 months

Start date: by arrangement (July 2023 would be ideal)

Location: Barcelona office (1 day / week remote possible)

What you will do

MARKETING

You'll be assisting our marketing team in executing a variety of marketing activities. You will be invaluable for our international team across various consumer touchpoints such as web, newsletters, and social media.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing influencer marketing strategies on social media.
• Assisting with email marketing (newsletters) using Klaviyo.
• Conducting research and liaising with relevant press contacts for PR purposes.
• Participating in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns alongside the team.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you need to have a keen eye for detail and be adept at multitasking. You should be curious and eager to learn, both independently and from your colleagues. A team player mindset is essential, and you should thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Living / based in Barcelona: You must be registered in Spain (you must have a DNI or NIE)
• Final year or completed undergraduate studies/Bachelor's degree. You must be currently enrolled at university
• Student in fields such as business, marketing, journalism, fashion, design, communication, or related areas
• Fluency in English
• Nice to have: fluency in French or German language
• Experience in copywriting
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop or Figma
