About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will lead key security and infrastructure initiatives that support the technological backbone of our aeronautics operations. You will oversee projects end‑to‑end, ensuring robust delivery, cross‑functional alignment, and adherence to the highest security and compliance standards.

What You Will Do

Lead security and infrastructure projects from initial planning through delivery and operational handover.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk frameworks in collaboration with technical specialists.
Coordinate global, cross‑functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables remain on track.
Drive project governance, including reporting, steering committees, stakeholder engagement, communication, and risk management.
Anticipate challenges, remove blockers, and manage changes to scope, priorities, or schedules.
Partner closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and to mitigate cyber risks.
Facilitate clear communication between Security, Development, and IT Operations teams.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster a collaborative, customer‑centric delivery culture.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of project management experience in technical, security, or infrastructure environments.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (authentication, access control, basic risk mitigation).
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

PMP certification (or currently in progress).
Experience with security or compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
Background in delivering business‑critical or high‑availability applications, ideally within regulated or safety‑critical industries.
