We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our Operations team and support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of the digital programs we manage through our platform.
This role sits at the intersection of client success, platform operations, and partner management. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital mindset, be proactive and solution-oriented, and enjoy working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the correct execution of services and a high-quality user experience.
Your Main Functions
- Manage the implementation and onboarding of SaaS-based solutions for our clients, as well as the incorporation of merchants into our platform's ecosystem
- Act as a coordination point between clients, merchants, technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of platform offers, partner integrations, and digital services.
- Deliver support and training to customers and merchants regarding the operation of our platform.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve usability, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and scalability of operational processes.
- Educational background in technical fields, technological project management, data analysis, or digital marketing focused on analytics.
- Experience in Customer Success, Saas Implementation, Operations, Digital Account Management or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude and digital mindset.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Native/C2 proficiency in Spanish and B2 proficiency in English.
- Interest in data systems and their impact on business.
- Proficiency in MySQL / MariaDB.
- A competitive salary range, tailored to your experience Yearly salary: €28,000 - €32,000
