Position Summary

PR & Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and creative PR & Social Media Coordinator to support our communications, events, and digital presence. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, excellent organizational skills, and solid experience in content creation and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Manage and create content according to the editorial/content plan
• Oversee community management across social platforms
• Conduct benchmarking and social media performance reporting
• Stay up to date with social media and content trends
• Edit photos and videos for digital channels
• Coordinate and manage brand and internal photo shoots
  
  

Brand & Digital Assets

• Ensure a strong aesthetic vision consistent with brand identity
• Manage internal marketing collateral
• Support website management (IRS/HWS)
• Create newsletters and support email marketing activities
  
  

PR & Events

• Support PR events through content creation and on-site coordination
• Manage event bookings and reservations
• Handle internal PR communications
• Develop PR collateral for events (briefs, invitations, posts, stories)
  
  

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the influencer industry (local and international)
• Strong copywriting skills in main communication languages
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan and other languages are a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (graphic design and basic editing)
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
