Functions:

• Supporting in the definition and design functional architectures for new software applications
• Ensuring alignment with business needs and system feasibility
• Lead process reengineering initiatives and apply architectural methodologies and tools to develop hihg-level functional specifications
• Evaluating third - party software solutions assess integration opportunities
• Contribute to the definition of AI-based solutions leveraging LLMs and AI Agents
  
  

Skills:

• Capacity to determine functional requirements for new software/applications
• Expertise in process reengineering
• Use of tools and methodologies to create functional architecture views
• Development of system functional specifications at a high level with attention to the integration and frasibility of the system
• Capacity to evaluate and analyze third party software solutions
• Communication skills written and verbal, both in English and Spanish

• Global Debt Financing (GDF) Products: Syndicated Loans & Projet Finance
• Finance & Active Portfolio Management: TTI and P&L calculation; Balance-sheet optimization; Liquidity analysis; Capital Optimization
• Credit & Conterparty Risk: ratings models; Limit & Exposure metrics; Risk Control Models
• Distribution Methods (Asset Hedging): Secondary Sales, Securitizations, Risk Participation Agreements; Insurances, TRS..
