Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our client's team, a multinational FMCG company.

This position will be responsible for leading operational sourcing and procurement activities in a dynamic, global environment. The ideal candidate must have strong negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and the capability to work in a multilingual environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers in specific markets, in line with business needs.
2. Conduct bidding processes and contract negotiations to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms.
3. Manage relationships with existing and potential suppliers, ensuring a steady flow of supplies and effective issue resolution.
4. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the supply chain.
5. Collaborate closely with other departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
6. Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and sourcing activities.
7. Participate in continuous improvement of procurement processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Provide regular reports on procurement department performance and relevant KPIs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Previous experience of at least 2 years in similar procurement roles, preferably in an international environment.
3. Fluent proficiency in English, in addition to other languages are a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
