Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the European solar market, targeting key owners and EPC companies.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand market share and achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives and exceed targets.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to highlight Arctech’s technological advantages.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable contracts for the company.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in solar sales, with a strong emphasis on solar trackers.
- In-depth understanding of the solar industry, including market dynamics, technologies, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to travel extensively within Europe.
