YOUR MISSION
The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative and business support to the senior management based in Madrid. The position is to bring a qualitative support lighted by a solid business and organisation awareness. This mission is not only about execution but proposing solutions in order to effectively relieve the workload of the global and local management teams.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Consist Of
- Personal Assistant to the CD General Manager and the Location Manager, organising & coordinating their Personal Agenda
- Administrative assistant for the department, in particular arranging travels for some staff and managing expenses and invoices and all administrative requests
- Organise meetings and events
- Support marketing and communication preparing presentation and ensuring logistics
- Responsible for all Administrative procedures (Definition, Regular reviews and controls)
- Full back up of the other assistant in the Madrid office
- Manage logistics and facilitate department functioning
- Ad hoc tasks as requested and agreed by line manager
Background
- Graduates in BBA, Law, or Management
- Previous experience as PA or EA will be a plus
- Both Spanish and English working proficiency
- Microsoft Package: Excel and Power Point
