About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of expertise in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, proficiency in agile methodologies and Scrum practices, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. They will be responsible for leading project planning and implementation, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are essential for this role. Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) and Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Telecom domain, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide expertise in risk management to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

What you need to have to be considered

- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master´s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on the Telecom domain.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Strong expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
