This full-time position provides service to all company departments under the marketing team's coordination. The Senior Graphic Designers will own all graphical efforts of the company, ensuring consistent and cutting-edge brand implementation across all communication channels and touchpoints, generating innovative solutions for enhancing the audience’s experience. We are starting a branding project, which resulting guidelines will be the responsibility of the Senior Graphic Designer to implement and maintain.

Must-have stills:
· Advanced experience working in the B2B sector
· Strong background working with tech or Fintech companies
· Advanced experience in social media content production for paid and organic actions (images, carousels, short videos, photography, etc.).
· UI design
· Video script definition and edition
· Proficiency in English with talking, reading, and writing skills for commercial purposes
· Exceed in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
· HTML and programming knowledge will be strongly valued
· 3D rendering/modeling
· Strong team collaboration and communication skills

Nice-to-have skills:
· UX experience will be highly valued
· User testing and A/B testing
· Other European languages are highly valued, such as Spanish and Russian.

Tasks:
· Protect the brand's identity and ensure an aligned and consistent graphic implementations for all the company's touchpoints ecosystem. This includes all inbound, outbound, and corporate elements.
· Creates and presents creative proposals that overcome graphic and communication challenges
· Produce all graphical content for organic and paid campaigns on social media, websites, and newsletters. Including videos for reels, stories, video posts, and others. Also, business graphic needs such as presentations, memos, one-pagers, etc.
· Lead video pre-production planning, storyboard creation and video script creation
· Coordinating special graphic productions (e.g. videos) with third-party graphic partners.
· Ensure the correct implementation of the website's guidelines with the development team and generate continual improvements.
· Play a core role in in-place actions by creating printed materials, 3D modeling of stands and floorplans, merchandising, and videos, among other graphic needs.
· Use data analytics to guide creative development to improve content performance.
· Continuous research on market trends in the tech and Fintech sectors
· Conduct brainstorming and collaboration sessions using online software
