The main activies of the HR Project Manager and Support Specialist for Success Factors (m/f/d) are:

 

  • Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors rollout.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout.
  • Provide training and support to key users and end users.
  • Handling inquiries related to SuccessFactors Modules and Employee Central.

Required qualifications and competencies:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR project management.
  • Solid knowledge of Success Factors. Certification in Success Factors is a plus.
  • Good technical understanding .
  • Strong communication skills and high level of customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in a multicultural setting.
  • Project Management: Strong in planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Analytical Skills: Problem-solving and data analysis within SuccessFactors.
  • Communication: Clear verbal/written communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.
  • Leadership: Experience leading project teams and mentoring others.
  • Fluent in English.
