We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our team in Madrid, a dynamic and proactive professional with experience in technology companies to lead and develop partnership strategies that drive growth and expansion of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic partnership opportunities and develop action plans for their implementation.
• Negotiate and close advantageous commercial agreements for both parties.
• Manage relationships with current partners, ensuring the delivery of results and mutual satisfaction.
• Analyze the market and trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Participation in events organised by our technology partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure efficient execution of partnership projects.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, proposing improvements and adjustments when necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Spanish required
• Proven experience in partnership management in technology companies.
• Knowledge of the digital market and sector trends.
• Negotiation skills and ability to close commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented and focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
