As a Business Operations Specialist at Imperia, you will be part of the team responsible for implementing our SaaS solution for supply chain planning and supporting our clients in improving their operational processes. You will work closely with clients to understand their workflows in depth, identify improvement opportunities, and configure the solution to adapt it to their needs.

Your mission will be to lead the implementation of our software, working with data, integrations, and processes while combining technical and analytical skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.

💻 Responsibilities:

• Project management: Lead the implementation of our SaaS solution, ensuring objectives are met and clients are satisfied. 
• Process optimization: Identify improvement opportunities in clients’ supply chain processes and propose effective solutions. 
• Technical configuration: Integrate data, set up environments, and configure the software based on client requirements. 

🧠 Requirements:

• Native French and professional-level English.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proactive, ambitious mindset with the desire to grow in a Dynamic environment.

➕ Nice to have:

• Previous experience in consulting.
• Knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience working with ERPs or system integrations.
• Programming skills in any language.
