We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spa Manager to join our team.

As a Spa Manager, you will be the key leader in creating exceptional experiences for our clients, ensuring excellence in all aspects of our Spa.

Your responsabilitiesSupervise and coordinate all daily spa operations, ensuring high-quality service.Manage spa staff, including therapists and support personnel, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Develop and maintain service protocols to ensure customer satisfaction.Oversee the quality of treatments and other procedures.Market the product line for sale.Collaborate with other departments to offer integrated wellness packages.Manage spa product and equipment inventory, ensuring quality and availability.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all spa areas.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and external collaborators.Role's requirementsPrevious experience in spa management or similar roles.In-depth knowledge of spa therapies and treatments.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Certification in spa therapies or related fields (desirable).Results-oriented and detail-oriented.Flexibility to work schedules that may include weekends and holidays.Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the fitness and wellness industry.Passion for fitness and wellness.Native English and Spanish, and proficiency in Catalan and other languages will be positively valued.Job detailsSalary: €24,000 gross / yearStarting date: May 2024Our benefits for youOpportunity to be part of a passionate and dedicated team.Opportunity to lead a team and be part of a motivating and healthy work environment.Discounts on studio services and products.Free use of Studio facilities during low member attendance hoursIf you have the necessary passion and experience to lead our Spa to success and are ready to join our team and contribute to the success of Inner Flow Studio, we invite you to send your resume and cover letter to ****** with the subject "Application for Spa Manager."
