Role :

As the CTIO, you will lead the technological initiatives, driving innovation and guiding the development of their cutting-edge solutions.

Your strategic vision will shape the technology roadmap, focusing on hardware, software, SaaS and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap encompassing hardware, software, SaaS, and data solutions.
2. Product Innovation: Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of new features and functionalities across hardware, software, and SaaS components, enhancing our offerings and user experience.
3. Team Leadership: Grow and manage a high-performing technology team with expertise in hardware engineering, software development, SaaS architecture, and data analytics, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
4. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry stakeholders to enhance our offerings and market presence.
5. Technical Architecture: Define and maintain robust technical standards for our solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while leveraging data analytics to drive insights and optimizations.
6. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in technology and innovation roles within the telecom industry, with expertise in hardware, software, SaaS, and data solutions.
• Good understanding of Radio Frequencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluency in English
