Role Description
KECH Development is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant for a part-time, on-site position based in our Eixample, Barcelona office. This role provides high-level administrative support to senior executives and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating appraiser schedules, preparing marketing reports, handling daily office orders, and supporting a range of administrative priorities with professionalism and discretion. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Working Hours
This is a part-time role with working hours from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, aligned with New York business hours.
Language Requirement
This position is conducted 100% in English, so full professional fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple priorities
- Coordinate appraiser schedules and related logistics
- Prepare and organize marketing reports and administrative documents
- Handle daily office orders and support operational needs
- Assist with expense reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Support travel coordination and other executive support tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and activities
- Help ensure efficient and smooth daily office operations
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Support
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Experience preparing and managing expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated strength in executive support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and remain adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate or private equity, is a strong advantage
