Your Impact

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will provide technical support across a wide range of IT systems and services, ensuring seamless daily operations and contributing to major transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Test and troubleshoot network infrastructure, hardware, and software issues.
• Provide onsite and remote user support, ensuring swift resolution of technical problems.
• Perform routine system maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all devices.
• Deliver user training on IT systems and promote best practices.
• Participate in system improvement initiatives and contribute to business process optimisation.
• Assist in mass uploads and technical configurations within SAP systems.
• Support international projects and liaise with HQ on tool and workflow harmonisation.
• Identify and replicate technical issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in IT support within a multinational environment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
• Experience with SQL Server, SQL scripting, and SAP (preferred).
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese and Catalan a plus).
• Proactive, user-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
