Position Summary

The Post-Production Intern supports the video editing and finishing process for our VR products . This role involves assisting editors, colorists, and producers with the preparation, organization, and finalization of audiovisual content. It offers hands-on experience in professional post-production workflows, industry-standard tools, and collaborative creative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and media assets.
• Assist in editing video content under supervision (e.g., rough cuts, assembly edits)
• Sync audio, add basic transitions.
• Prepare proxy files, transcode footage, and maintain organized file structures.
• Collaborate with editors to perform color correction, sound mixing, and export deliverables.
• Support quality control checks before final delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of creative materials and production data.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Film, Media, or Communications program.
• Comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under supervision.
• Interest in storytelling, visual composition, and technical aspects of filmmaking.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and sound editing softwares.
• Experience with color correction and grading.
• Familiarity with cloud storage systems and media servers.
• Strong understanding of storytelling through visual media, video and audio formats, rendering and encoding.
• Creativity and a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge and interest in Virtual Reality.
• Basic knowledge of video production processes, including lighting and sound.
• Skills with 3D software and generative AI text-to-video, image-to-video and video-to-video with Stable Diffusion and Comfyui will be appreciated.
