Job Description

Working closely with our Marketing teams, our future intern Marketing & Communication Officer will quickly discover that no two days are alike.  

As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of corporate marketing for consultancies. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute communication strategies, create engaging content, and support communication campaigns. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the world of consulting and marketing, as well as the opportunity to contribute to real projects and initiatives.  

Your missions

• Manage and create content for internal communications, including posting updates and articles on behalf of executives on Viva Engage, crafting articles for our corporate portal, at a group level, and designing targeted communication campaigns. 
• Work with internal stakeholders across brands and departments to plan and deliver communication campaigns to meet business and project needs (on topics like AI, sustainability, future of work, etc.). 
• Be the guardian of the brand’s image: ensuring that all digital marketing and communications content aligns with the company’s brand identity.  
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives. 
• Monitor, update and improve our corporate communication assets  
• Perform research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities while also conducting benchmark analysis to inform strategic decision-making.  
  
  
  

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field, you are eager to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting during a gap year internship. Previous experience in communication or marketing is a plus. 
• Your strong written and verbal communication skills help you create original content. 
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
• Detail-oriented and a problem solver, you are committed to producing high-quality work. 
• Sociable and curious, you enjoy interacting with a variety of people and discussing a wide range of topics.  
• Fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge of French or any other language is a plus), you are keen to immerse yourself in an international and multicultural work environment. 
• A self-starter and eager, you bring infectious enthusiasm to every meeting and brainstorming session.  
• Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
