Marketing & Communication Officer Intern

We are currently recruiting 3 Marketing Interns to join the Mantu Marketing team, supporting the brands LittleBig Connection, Eleven VMS and Portalia.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the execution of marketing and communication initiatives across several B2B tech brands. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content marketing, communications, and event marketing in an international environment.

No two days will look the same: you will collaborate with marketing, sales and leadership teams while contributing to real business projects.

Your Missions :

• Content Marketing
  
  
  

You will support the creation of marketing content used for both brand visibility and sales enablement.

• Write and publish blog articles on topics such as AI, sustainability, the future of work or freelancing.
• Support the creation of sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies, decks).
• Contribute to content production for marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
• Perform benchmark and market research to identify trends and new topics to explore.

You will help manage and animate our digital communication channels.

• Support the creation and distribution of marketing newsletters.
• Participate in the management of our social media accounts (LinkedIn).
• Event Marketing
  
  
  

You will support the Marketing Manager in the organization and promotion of events.

• Assist with the organization of online and offline events (webinars, conferences, community events).
• Coordinate logistics, communication assets and stakeholder follow-up.
• Design and execute communication plans to amplify events before, during and after they take place.
• Track engagement and report on the performance of event campaigns.
  
  
  

Your Profile :

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School / Marketing / Communication).
• You already have a first internship in B2B Tech marketing or experience in a Junior Enterprise / student consulting association.
• You have a sales-driven mindset and enjoy working close to business teams.
• You are creative, curious and proactive, with strong writing skills.
• You are comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
• You are organized and able to manage several projects at the same time.
• Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
