🚀 What will be your Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision across projects, transforming strategic ideas into strong visual concepts, compelling narratives and impactful brand experiences.
• Own the design and production of visual assets end to end, from printed and ephemeral materials to digital formats, video projects and spatial elements.
• Conceptualise and deliver cohesive storytelling across all visual touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality and aesthetic excellence.
• Partner closely with Sales, Client Solutions, Operations and Production to create marketing materials, pitches and project-specific solutions that inspire clients.
• Research, analyse and evolve brand communication approaches, advising on materials, formats and suppliers to bring concepts to life in the smartest way.

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• A strong creative mind with solid experience as an Art Director or in a senior design role, ideally within brand experience, events, agencies or creative studios.
• You communicate fluently in both Spanish and English, effortlessly switching between languages in both spoken and written contexts.
• Someone who combines conceptual thinking and visual excellence, able to translate strategy into clear, powerful and cohesive visual stories.
• Hands-on experience across print, digital, video and spatial/ephemeral design, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• You are a creative, organized, and result-driven leader who can manage multiple projects.
• You are an AI & data-savvy person, you use AI tools responsibly, work with prompts and contexts, recognize where technology can make processes more efficient and you are willing to keep learning about this subject.
• Bonus points: additional languages
