Job Description
As Data Analyst the primary responsibility of this role will be manage and track requests related to lead management, IT reporting, and data analysis, acting as the key contact between different stakeholders, internal and externally.
Key Tasks
- Manage and track requests made to external provider / system providers for Lead management, IT reporting topics, and data analysis.
- Serve as a point of contact between the different stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of new solutions required by both the external and internal client with the provider.
- Review lead numbers reflected in reporting platforms and ensure those figures accurately match reality.
- Propose solutions to help correct errors in data reporting.
- Participate in the development of solutions with AI functionalities, e.g., chatbots, knowledge database.
- You possess a degree in a relevant field such as: IT, Computer Science, Information System, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics or related fields.
- Experience with Data & Integration.
- Knowledge and experience about AI tools, predictions, statistics.
- Experience with html.
- You have a good level of English at least C1 is required.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, you are open minded, you enjoy working in a Team environment and you possess excellent communication skills and excellent analytical skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office365 applications.
