Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Intern to join our IT team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey

• Assist in the configuration of new equipment and ticket resolution.
• Provide first-level technical support to end users via email, phone, or in person
• Monitor IT tickets and ensure timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Create, manage, and disable user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory, email, and other internal systems
• Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems).
• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, VPNs, etc.)
• Help implement and support basic cybersecurity measures (patching, antivirus, MFA, etc.)
• Assist with incident detection, response, and reporting.
• Help document security policies, procedures, and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to support secure systems and network design.

What do you bring to your trip

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good sense of humor
• Advanced English and Spanish level is required.
