The Digital Transformation Change Management is responsible for driving and managing the people-focused aspects of digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures that organizational change is effectively planned, communicated, and executed to achieve adoption and sustainability of new processes, tools, and ways of working. A key aspect of the role is fostering a culture of change readiness and leveraging data to monitor progress and identify improvement opportunities.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Design and implement change strategies aligned with digital transformation goals and organizational culture.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment, engagement, and resolution of resistance.
- Develop effective communication plans that build awareness, clarity, and support for change initiatives.
- Coordinate training and capability-building programs, including needs assessments, content design, and impact tracking.
- Measure and monitor change adoption using KPIs and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct change impact assessments on processes, roles, and structures, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure long-term sustainability of change by embedding new ways of working into the culture and daily operations.
- Governance and Reporting: Ensure change management activities comply with governance standards, and provide regular reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in managing organizational change within large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) and practical application in a corporate environment
- Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft 365).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, ADKAR).
- Experience in consulting or working across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Passion for innovation, people development, and digital enablement.
