We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and detail‑oriented professional to join our Iberia Retail Marketing team as a Business Analytics Trainee. The objective of this role is to strengthen the analytical capabilities of the Business Unit by supporting the transformation of data into meaningful insights that enhance strategic and operational decision‑making.

Your Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Analyze Business Unit (BU) needs and market environment: Obtain a complete view of BU priorities, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
• Provide data‑driven strategic guidance: Develop and deliver relevant performance metrics, dashboards, and insights that help the BU evaluate results and make informed strategic and tactical decisions, ensuring efficacy and efficiency of resources.
• Support BU strategic projects: Contribute to the planning, execution, and follow‑up of key BU initiatives, ensuring timely coordination and alignment with stakeholders.
• Assist with multichannel and digital initiatives: Provide analytical and operational support for digital engagement activities, ensuring alignment with BU objectives and performance goals.
• Conduct market analysis and portfolio forecasting: Support in market research, competitive intelligence, and forecasting activities to support portfolio performance assessment and future scenario planning.
  
  

What You´ll Bring To The Role

• Recently graduated or studying a degree or master's degree in the fields of data analytics, economics, business intelligence, business administration or related, with the possibility of generating an internship agreement (12 months) with your university.
• Advanced use of Office 365 Suite tools (Excel and Power Point).
• English Level C1, or higher
• We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.
