As a Finance Trainee, you will contribute to the accurate and timely financial recording and reporting, ensuring data integrity to support informed decision-making and optimize financial processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Support in accounting and administrative tasks for the department.
• Recording accounting operations and entries in SAP.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and balances.
• Management and control of supplier and customer invoices (accounts payable/receivable).
• Organization and filing of accounting documentation (physical and digital).
• Collaboration in the preparation of basic financial reports and statements (balance sheets, profit and loss statements).
  
  

Profile

Required Knowledge and Experience College degree required. Major in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics Languages: English. Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, … Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP. Skills and Behavioural competencies Communications skills: Utilising interpersonal styles and methods of communication to gain agreement or acceptance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Analytical skills Creativity and dynamism: think ahead and propose feasible projects Planning and Organising: Establishing a course of action for self to accomplish a specific goal or target.
