Your Mission
As the Office Manager / People Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our new office and supporting team management and culture-building efforts. You will have a hands-on role, combining office management, and people support. You will be key to creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace that supports our growth.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations, including coordination of maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Handle general administrative duties and delegate routine tasks for smooth office functionality.
- Support team onboarding, ensuring employees have the necessary resources and assisting with basic HR processes.
- Organize and promote office culture initiatives to maintain a dynamic, fun, and motivated work environment.
- Facilitate the setup and transition to a new office space, managing logistics and improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and communication.
- Coordinate company events and internal activities to strengthen team engagement.
- Communicate regularly with founders about office requirements and team support needs.
Is This You?
- Previous experience in similar positions (HR Admin, Office Manager, People Support)
- You have strong motivation, energy, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate effectively in English (conversational level minimum).
- Outgoing, dynamic, and highly collaborative, with a natural ability to foster positive workplace culture.
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage various administrative and operational responsibilities efficiently.
- Extremely organized, efficient, and reliable — you get things done
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact well with team members, vendors, and leadership.
