We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Global Key Account Management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support order processing and assist throughout the entire process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Your job

• Quotation and order processing for our luminaires and lighting solutions
• Contact person for our customers in terms of order handling and processing complaints
• Sourcing and overseeing local quotations from distributors
• Close cooperation with key departments such as production, procurement, and operations
• General administrative tasks to ensure high-quality customer support

Qualifications and skills:

• Relevant educational background in a technical or business-related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service, Sales Support, or Operations Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German and French are a plus
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX)
• Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientation
• Proactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
