Power BI Developer | Business-Facing Role

We’re looking for a Power BI Developer who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders and turning data into clear, high-quality insights.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident owning Power BI end-to-end — from data transformation and modelling through to stakeholder-facing dashboards.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
• Transforming and modelling data using Power Query and DAX
• Working with data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, SQL, APIs)
• Collaborating directly with business and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
• Managing Power BI workspaces, permissions, and row-level security (RLS)
• Improving existing reports, models, and data quality over time

What we're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modelling)
• Experience working with business or financial data
• Comfortable engaging directly with non-technical stakeholders
• Good understanding of data flows, ETL concepts, and reporting best practices
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouses
• Exposure to Power Apps or Power Automate
