At Senra Estaños y Soldaduras, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of tin and soldering solutions, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist to join our team and support our commercial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Order processing, follow-up, and customer coordination
• Daily communication with international clients and suppliers
• Data entry, documentation management, and reporting
• Support in invoicing and logistics processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar back office or administrative role
• Advanced level of English (mandatory) – daily use in written and spoken communication
• Spanish proficiency is required; other languages are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good command of Office tools (ERP systems are a plus)
• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
