Are you passionate about content creation, social media, and curious about how AI can enhance creativity and workflows?

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and curious intern to join the FloraQueen team and support us across content, CRM, and campaign execution.

You’ll get hands-on experience with real marketing projects — from editing TikToks and designing newsletters to helping run digital campaigns and assisting with CRM flows.

// What you’ll do:

🎨 Content Creation & Community Management

• Assist in creating engaging social media copy, adapting it to different languages, and publishing across platforms.
• Design and schedule interactive content (stories, wallpapers, etc.)
• Assist with TikTok recording and editing
• Shooting & Recording Assistance: Join photo and video shoots o help capture visual content for our digital channels.
• Track social KPIs and suggest improvements

✉️ CRM & Operational Support

• Help create and send newsletters
• Support in setting up and testing CRM flows (translations, logic, QA)
• Collaborate with Customer Service on simple follow-ups and requests

💡 Campaign Participation

• Join brainstorms and support content planning
• Help organize campaign assets and execution
• Analyze past content to improve future ideas

🧠 Skills and Requirements

• Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communication, Design or similar

Must be able to sign a university internship agreement. Duration: 6 months.

• Content Creation: Comfortable creating copy for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn
• Video Editing: Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
• Visual Sensitivity & Creativity: Good eye for design and attention to detail
• Language: Strong communication skills in Spanish and good English
• Organized, reliable and open to feedback
• Bonus: A portfolio or content samples are welcome!
