  Financial Operations Support
  
  
  • Maintain and update customer master data and commercial conditions.
  • Assist in core accounting processes (fixed assets, accounts payable, and receivable) in coordination with shared service teams.
  • Support invoicing activities, credit note issuance, and monitoring of outstanding balances.
  • Perform basic profitability assessments linked to commercial initiatives and investments.
  • Track unbilled revenue and ensure proper accruals are recorded.
  • Monitor marketing-related expenses and corresponding provisions.
  • Prepare payment proposals for approval and execution.
  • Upload and validate financial data in reporting systems.
  
  
  Closing & Reporting
  
  
  • Contribute to month-end closing activities (accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, etc.).
  • Support the preparation of periodic financial reports and operational indicators.
  • Ensure consistency of data across operational and financial systems.
  • Assist with variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
  
  
  Controls & Compliance
  
  
  • Follow internal policies and local regulatory requirements in all financial processes.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits by organizing required documentation.
  • Maintain proper records to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
  • Contribute to strengthening internal controls and process improvements.
  
  
  Systems & Continuous Improvement
  
  
  • Work with financial systems and analytical tools (ERP, Excel, others).
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
  • Document finance procedures and workflows.
  • Participate in initiatives related to systems enhancement or reporting optimization.
  
  

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships)
• Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes
• Strong Excel skills; ERP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
