About the role
We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full hiring process across technical and non-technical roles, working closely with teams to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent.
This role requires someone who can balance speed with quality, build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and continuously improve how we hire. You’ll have significant autonomy and direct impact on the team we’re building.
What you'll do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously, from strategy to offer negotiation
- Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and creative channels
- Conduct screening conversations and coordinate interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers to dive into their role requirements and team needs
- Provide data-driven insights on market trends, compensation, and competitive positioning
- Design and refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Rippling) and ensure smooth coordination across all stakeholders
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent Zynap at relevant events
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in tech or high-growth startups
- Strong track record hiring technical roles (engineers, security specialists, product managers)
- Excellent sourcing abilities not only by using LinkedIn Recruiter, but also by thinking out-of-the-box ideas
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems; Rippling experience is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience scaling recruitment from early stages is highly valuable
